Business Process Owner

In order to ensure further growth we are looking for a Business Process Owner within our Department “Frozen”. You will be responsible to implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of policies, processes and procedures related to the Supply Chain and supporting applications.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Owner of the supply & customer operations related processes.
  • Enables best practice sharing for supply & customer operations related processes across the different country organizations.
  • Linking teams of the different country organizations to translate the needs of the local organizations into designing processes that are supported by & can be applied in the other countries to become new best practices.
  • Controls, monitors, measures, executes & evaluates the S&CO related processes through analyzing information, collecting data, researching processes and holding (international) meetings (travel 25%).
  • Solves process related challenges that the S&CO organization encounters.
  • Takes up key role in setting up the processes for new markets, new plants and integration of acquisitions.
  • Prioritizes S&CO projects & improvements with the IT team.
  • For this function you will be reporting to the Group Supply & Customer Operations Manager.


Profile

  • Master in Economy (TEW, Business Engineering), 5 of more years of experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MM & SD) & project management.
  • Capable of combining a strong helicopter view with ability to go into details when relevant.
  • Combines persuasiveness with resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Agile to changing business requirements.
  • Besides strong communication skills, you are known to be process oriented and have strong analytical skills. You are willing to travel sporadically.
  • You speak fluently English.
