As a Group Reliability Manager, you will be responsible to define and implement a reliable maintenance policy at Group level (Bakery Frozen and Bakery Fresh). In this role, you will be responsible to analyse and optimise existing preventative and predictive maintenance plans (50%) as well as initiate and lead several strategic improvement projects (50%). You will report to the Group Technical Service Manager and work closely together with the Reliability Engineers across the different sites.
