Management Assistant

We are currently looking for a Management Assistant who will, within a very dynamic, down-to-earth and international environment, perform a variety of administrative duties and will support a variety of stakeholders within the Frozen Bakery Business Unit: Chief Operating Officer, Fozen Leadership Team members and occasional other departments.

Your function:

Your responsibilities are:

  • Calendar and agenda management: coordinate schedules and plan the logistics of meetings.
  • Travel arrangements: assist in setting up travel schemes and rearrange schedules to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations.
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings (local and international).
  • General administration support.
  • Prepare documents for external or internal communications.
  • Organize and plan internal events and other outings.
  • Maintain overview of international workshop activities.
  • Challenge the status quo: identify all opportunities and take initiatives to enhance the practical functioning and the support of the teams as well as the collaboration between teams and countries.

You report to the LLBG Management Assistant and functionally to the Chief Operating Officer Frozen

Your profile:

  • Bachelor in Office Management with minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong “international” mindset.
  • You are a clear communicator – both, verbal and written and are fluent in English.
  • Hands-on approach, high energy, sharp mind and a desire for excellence.
  • High integrity standards, discrete and able to handle confidential information.
  • You have a no-nonsense, entrepreneurial, agile mentality.
