To support its further international growth and pursuit of product leadership, La Lorraine Bakery Group has created a vacancy for an additional Technical Service Process Specialist.

Technical Service Process Specialist

As a Technical Service Process Specialist you are accountable (together with a colleague) for

  • Building and sharing competence and best practices with regards to the maintenance planning and preparation process (including the full use of SAP PM) within La Lorraine Bakery Group.
  • Implementing of SAP PM (including mobility tool and scheduling dashboard) in some remaining plants and new acquired/build plants in different countries.
  • Maintaining an developing the existing tools towards a continuous improved level.
  • Coaching of the key-users community to realise project objectives and supporting them in second line.
  • Implementing, testing & go life assistance of new processes and/or functionalities.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Build up an understanding of the technical services processes (planning, preparation, spare parts, technical purchasing) on the floor.
  • Train actively the key-users to use the system and the processes in the field (eg notifications, gatekeeping, planning, scheduling, follow-up of execution, creation of preventive plans, spare parts management, technical purchasing).
  • Build further to create value with reporting tools for the plants, build on Power BI.
  • Realise pilot and roll-out projects.
  • Coach the field in the use of the KPIs at weekly and monthly level.
  • Report on progress towards the steering group in clear dashboards.
  • Execute maturity assessments after the roll out.
  • Report to the Group Technical Service Manager.

Your profile

  • You combine a well-developed analytical and conceptual approach which you can translate well on the shop floor.
  • You are able to build and share processes and masterdata in the domain of technical service.
  • You have affinity with production operations : technical service, safety, quality, maintenance, reliability.
  • You navigate easily in IT systems (SAP-PM, Power BI, …) as an experienced user.
  • You have good communication and training skills.
  • Planning and showing accuracy is what you like and do good.
  • Next to your good knowledge of the technical elements, you have a pragmatic, no-nonsense and entrepreneurial personality.
  • You are solution-oriented but can also think on a tactical and strategic level.
  • You are flexible, dynamic, decisive, driven and you offer a high level of service.
  • You know how to express yourself fluently in English (both written and spoken); Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • You are prepared to spend 30% of your time travelling to the international manufacturing sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Turkey, etc. The rest of the time you will work from one of the La Lorraine production sites.
