As a Full-Stack Data Scientist, you transform data into actionable solutions that optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, IT, and data teams to develop scalable analytics and machine learning models across logistics, warehousing, planning, and customer operations. In this role, you tackle diverse challenges and create tangible impact on service levels, cost efficiency, availability, and overall customer experience.

  • Translate supply chain needs into data-driven solutions that improve planning, forecasting, logistics, and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, customer service, finance, IT, and data teams to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
  • Develop decision support tools such as dashboards, forecasting and optimization models, and AI-driven solutions (using Databricks, Python, SQL on Azure).
  • Work on real business questions such as demand forecasting, stock availability, delivery reliability, warehouse efficiency, route and logistics insights, service levels, and customer order behaviour.
  • Build scalable data products end-to-end: from data preparation and feature engineering to model development and monitoring.
  • Engage with stakeholders (planners, logistics, operations, IT) to understand needs, communicate insights clearly, and drive adoption.
  • Contribute to international supply chain data initiatives, helping coordinate priorities, deliverables, and implementation
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • You bring hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering within a business context: supply chain experience is a strong plus.
  • You have a strong interest in supply chain topics such as logistics, warehousing, planning, forecasting, inventory management, and customer operations.
  • You have solid programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and familiarity with Databricks.
  • You understand software design principles and can write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • You are able to apply analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and optimization techniques to solve real business problems.
  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver and effective communicator, capable of translating complex insights into actionable outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
  • You are willing to travel (primarily within Europe)
