As an HR Generalist, you will be a trusted partner for both employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle. From attracting and onboarding talent to driving employee engagement, performance, and learning initiatives, you will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of continuous development. You will help ensure that our people processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with both business goals and employee growth.

  • Lead and support recruitment activities, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees, helping them integrate successfully into the organization.
  • Administer employee documentation and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, policies, and workplace practices.
  • Partner with managers to identify staffing, development, and retention needs.
  • Identify training needs and support the design, implementation, and coordination of learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and employee development plans.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement, employer branding, organizational development, and culture-building programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses to support business decisions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, respect, inclusion, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  •  3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and employee relations
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting learning & development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
