As a Quality Specification Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our products comply with international food regulations and quality standards. You act as the link between regulatory requirements and practical implementation across the business.

Day
- Stay up to date with food and packaging regulations across different regions (e.g. US, Canada, Asia), in close collaboration with the Regulatory Compliance team
- Translate regulatory requirements into accurate product specifications and labels, ensuring compliance with legal standards, industry requirements and customer expectations
- Contribute to the development of harmonized procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and standardization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, NPD, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales
- Manage daily operational tasks, including:
- Maintaining label layouts for frozen products
- Managing product and recipe data in SAP
- Creating and updating product specifications
- Maintaining customer-specific portals
- Assessing the impact of raw material or recipe changes on labels and specifications
- Providing product-related information to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and specification-related projects
- Report to the Specification Manager
- Scientific background, preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field
- Initial experience in a similar role within the food industry is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent digital skills; affinity with structured data, formulas and logic (experience with SAP and WWI is a plus)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and Dutch
