As a Business Process Analyst for Finance at La Lorraine Bakery Group, you will support the entire group by harmonizing and improving the financial processes in Accounting and Controlling. You report to the Group Accounting Director.

La Lorraine Bakery Group (LLBG) is a Belgian family owned company active in the European milling and bakery industry. Every day, 8 Belgian production sites supply thousands of tasty products (e.g. bread, patisserie, viennoiserie and pastry) to customers active in various sectors (retail, bakery, hotel and catering, ...). The company also operates large bakeries in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey and Hungary and sells high quality products all over Europe and beyond.

Your function:

• You are responsible for the harmonization, optimization and professionalization of all financial processes for all entities in the group.
• You describe the 'as-is' situation for all entities in Europe and define the 'to-be' situation.
• You are responsible for documenting 'Best Practices' and writing manuals.
• You are responsible for first time SAP implementations, roll-out of tools & processes and giving support to users.
• You work closely with different departments, in particular the IT department.
• Regular travel is part of the job (on average 6x/year, 3 days/trip).

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in finance, particularly in accounting. You are familiar with processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, GL Accounting, Asset Accounting and Treasury.
• You have experience with process management, test management, documentation management, project management and business process monitoring;
• You have a solid knowledge of SAP FI and/or CO, for example as a key-user. Knowledge of S/4HANA is a bonus.
• You are a change manager who has the skills to motivate internal stakeholders in different countries;
• You are a true business partner who thinks along with the business;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
