FP&A Controller

The FP&A controller is a new function within La Lorraine Bakery Group, created to support the international growth of the frozen Bakery division. In this specific role, you will on the one hand focus on optimizing the FP&A processes and on the other hand work together with different stakeholders like sales managers, BU department heads and finance managers and hierarchically report to the Business Unit Frozen Controller.

Your role: 

The main responsibilities of the job are:

  • Taking ownership of the FP&A processes within commercial controlling focusing on harmonization and improvement of the existing processes across the various international sales offices
  • You are the financial SPOC, meaning responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting about the financial performance of the new markets business
  • You steer the planning and forecast process for the different BU departments (including purchase, marketing and operations department), in line with the requirements of the business unit.

Your profile: 

  • Works in an independent way, combines data crunching skills with ability to think high level and synthesize.
  • Working in a structured approach, thinks in milestones and deadlines, acts accordingly and approaches work in an efficient manner
  • Strong communicator to relevant stakeholders, both peers and management.
  • Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitment.
  • Master degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in controlling and/or FP&A positions
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong IT knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of Power BI is advantage.
