You will bring products to life through culinary applications, demos, and workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong chef and customer relationships, and represent the brand at key events.

 

  • Support sales teams with product applications, recipes, and technical know-how
  • Conduct menu analyses for existing and potential customers to identify business development opportunities in coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with product development teams on recipe creation and new product development
  • Deliver product demos, tastings, and hands-on workshops for customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Communicate correct product usage, technical features, and key differentiators through practical kitchen applications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key chef networks and customers
  • Plan and manage demo, workshop, and event calendars, including required materials, equipment, and suppliers
  • Plan and manage budgets and operational processes for demos, workshops, fairs, and events
  • Represent the brand at national and local trade fairs, customer events, and special organizations
  • Support internal digital and social media content initiatives in coordination with relevant teams

 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, hotels, or food & beverage companies
  • Graduate of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Passionate about food, with a strong interest in bakery products; innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives
  • Bakery experience is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within multinational companies is a plus
