HRIS Business Analyst

As an HRIS Business Analyst, you take the lead in IT projects in the field of Human Resources. You join our IT team and report to the Business Applications Manager.

You work closely together with business stakeholders throughout our plants in Belgium and internationally (mainly Eastern-Europe). You will transform vital business needs from HR, starting with a focus on master data. You drive the integration of our Payroll and, together with your colleagues, assist in the rollout of our tool for Time & Attendance.

In the near future you expand your skills from ‘hard’ HR-processes to ‘soft’ HR, such as the improvement of our learning & development, a review of our service delivery model and contributing to our KPI & Analytics project.

Your responsibilities:

  • You build up a strong knowledge of the business processes and of the functionality of the tools used, together with your colleagues in the IT Competence Centre, your business stakeholders and external parties.
  • You develop and professionalize the La Lorraine template & best practices. You think along with a long term strategic roadmap in the field of Human Resources.
  • You grow along with the internationalization of La Lorraine and integrate the expansion of new countries in the general La Lorraine template.
  • You keep yourself informed on evolution and developments in the area of Human Resources and share that knowledge with your colleagues. You inform and train your community of new developments and optimizations.
  • You are the first point of contact for business key users regarding support and various enhancements within your domain.

Your profile:

  • You have experience with various HR Processes such as HR Master Data, Time & Attendance, Workforce Planning. Knowledge of SAP Successfactors & Protime are a bonus.
  • You are an analytical and conceptual thinker.
  • You are a true problem solver with flexibility to adjust your solutions. You aim for results in a fast moving environment and work service-minded for the various needs of your stakeholders.
  • You love to share knowledge and you can adapt your message according to your audience. Experience in change management is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel (estimation 3x/year for a duration of a couple of days).
