IT Business Analyst Warehouse Operations

As Business Analyst Warehouse Operations, you will be fully responsible for realizing new warehouse implementations as well as supporting the business in the field of warehouse and logistical operations.

Your role:

  • You are focused on all warehouse related processes, manual and automated, as well as introducing transportation management to the entire company.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other project managers.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end project realization or follow-up of new warehouse projects.
  • You will be responsible for sharing and implementing our best practice models as well as various improvements projects. You facilitate approval with your key stakeholders on the business side.
  • You capture and analyze new requirements and translate these into warehouse or transportation system driven solutions.
  • You reevaluate together with the team the existing system solutions against new market solutions in assuring continuous improvement
  • You organize knowledge transfer sessions with your team members after go-live of a new project or geographical expansion.
  • You are responsible for the documentation of the implemented processes on the interactive knowledge platform.
  • You dare to go broad in your domain and think outside of the box of warehouse operations. You are eager to expand your horizons and dive deeper into the correlation with other domains.

As Business Analyst Warehouse Operations you will work from one of the headquarters of the La Lorraine home countries (Ninove/ Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Warsaw, ...) and report to the Competence Centre Lead. You are part of the international IT team.

Your profile:

  • You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • A strong analytical mind with proven problem-solving abilities, process-oriented and a conceptual thinker with a focus on finding solutions.
  • You are motivated by varied projects and diversified work. You have participated in full project cycle implementation and in leading a project team or equivalent.
  • You are eager to learn, customer-oriented and can communicate fluently and clearly with your stakeholders.
  • You have a minimal experience of 5 years in SAP EWM. You have minimum experience in an ERP environment.
  • Experience with SAP MFS or any other WCS and a transportation management tool is a plus.
  • You speak fluent English, any other languages are an asset.
  • You will be traveling 20% of your time.
