As Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and/or managing the learning and development programs for La Lorraine Bakery Group in Belgium. You will help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company. By working closely with the Group Talent & OD Director and the business leaders, you will identify training needs, create and maintain comprehensive learning programs within LLBG's learning strategy & Academy and execute initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge and productivity.
You will work in a growing Belgian family company, active in the European bakery sector.
