Learning & Development Manager Belgium

As Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and/or managing the learning and development programs for La Lorraine Bakery Group in Belgium. You will help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company. By working closely with the Group Talent & OD Director and the business leaders, you will identify training needs, create and maintain comprehensive learning programs within LLBG's learning strategy & Academy and execute initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge and productivity.

Your role :

Your responsibilities are focused around following key areas :
  1. Learning programs
    By working closely with our Group Talent & OD Director and our business leaders, you will identify learning needs, create and maintain comprehensive learning programs within our Academy and coordinate additional initiatives that accelerate collective & individual development.
    You will fully leverage 70-20-10 learning methodologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees and adopt best practices from other countries.
  2. Learning infrastructure
    With the support of our HRIS colleagues, you will build and maintain the right learning systems & tools (LMS, eLearning…) and ensure timely internal & external reporting.
  3. Employee Engagement & Recognition
    You support HR Directors in the execution and follow up of employee engagement surveys
  4. Talent Planning
    You support our HR Directors and business leaders on our Talent Review & Planning Process & related programs.
    You support key talent and their management in the creation and execution of strong career development plans

Your pofile :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology platforms
  • Analytical mindset to analyze qualitative & quantitative data and design processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence across levels & cultures
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to support the growth and development of team members
  • Training delivery skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English & good knowledge of French.
