In this position, you will work closely with local and international teams, supporting product development and innovation projects. You will gain experience in industrial food production processes by working across different product categories and contribute to projects that create business impact.

  • You will be involved in project-based assignments that support your professional development and contribute to business results:
  • Product Expertise: Contribute to product development and optimization projects across different product categories.
  • Technical Competencies: Participate in industrial production processes, product trials, and process improvement activities.
  • Project Management: Support projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Professional Development: Develop communication, analytical thinking, and international collaboration skills.
  • At defined stages, you will present project outcomes, share the results achieved, and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in the food industry
  • Preferably experience in bakery, FMCG, or a similar food sector
  • Ability to use English effectively, both written and spoken
  • Passion for food and innovation
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel when required
