Finance Process Specialist

In order to secure further our growth we are looking for a Finance Process Specialist. You will support the entire group by harmonizing and improving the financial processes.

Your role

  • In your role as a Finance Process Specialist, you are responsible for the harmonization and professionalization of all financial processes of the group.
  • You will therefore immerse yourself in the underlying financial business processes in order to master these processes and have the right foundation for optimizing them.
  • You are expected to describe the 'as-is' situations for all entities in Europe and subsequently also 'to-be' situations.
  • In addition, you are responsible for documenting 'Best Practices' that apply to all entities of the group.
  • You are responsible for first time implementations and roll-outs of tools & processes.
  • You will work closely with our different departments, in particular the IT department.
  • Frequent travel is part of the job.

In this role you’ll be reporting directly to the Group Controlling IS Manager, based in Belgium.

Your profile

  • You have obtained a university degree in an economic domain (Commercial Engineering, TEW,...).
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in finance.
  • You have experience with process management, test management, documentation management, project management and business process monitoring.
  • You have a solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
  • You are a change manager who has the skills to motivate different internal stakeholders in different countries.
  • You are a true business partner who thinks along with the business.
  • You are fluent in Czech and English.
