As a Payroll Administration Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner for employees, managers, and key stakeholders, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience every step of the way. Join us and make a difference where precision meets people.

Own the Payroll Process

  • Coordinate employee-related changes with the external payroll provider, including hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions, suspensions, bonuses, and contract amendments.
  • Validate attendance and timesheet data and prepare monthly payroll inputs within established deadlines.
  • Monitor salary deductions, garnishments, employee repayment agreements, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Manage sick leave administration, ensuring medical certificates are collected, validated, and submitted to the Health Insurance House in accordance with legal requirements.

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR documentation, including addendums, certificates, employment decisions, and termination documents.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Employee Support

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for payroll and HR administration inquiries.
  • Support employees regarding absences, sick leave, and required documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees, managers, payroll providers, and external stakeholders

Higher education degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field

Experience in Payroll Administration, Personnel Administration, or a similar role

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation

Experience working with external payroll providers

✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

✔ Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Good command of English, both written and spoken
