- Develop and manage the company’s local sourcing and buying strategies
- Lead cost optimization, value creation and efficiency initiatives
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiations and contracts
- Ensure supply continuity in a dynamic FMCG environment
- Oversee procurement compliance with food safety, quality, sustainability and regulatory standards
- Lead and develop the procurement team based in Manisa
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations
- Proven leadership experience, including remote or factory-based teams
- Strong analytical, strategic and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in Istanbul, with regular travel to Manisa
- Strategic leadership role with high business impact across Turkey and the Middle East
