Service Engineer – Finance & Controlling

• You take functional ownership of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) modules, ensuring stable and optimized usage across all organizations within La Lorraine Bakery Group.
• You handle change requests and drive continuous improvements in the finance and controlling domain, working closely with the business process specialists and key-users.
• You provide functional support to the business (key-users) and resolve issues as they arise.
• You support compliance with legal and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring financial systems and processes align with local regulations across LLBG entities.
• You maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of the finance processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.
• You give targeted trainings to strengthen process and system knowledge within the finance community.
• You document incident resolutions and identify recurring issues, contributing to permanent solutions and a structured knowledge base.
• After a six-month onboarding period, you will be included in the on-call duty service (24x7). This will be for a maximum of one week per month.

You will work from the headquarters in one of the home countries of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Câmpia Turzii - Cluj …) and you will report to the Business Applications Team Service Lead. You are part of the international IT team.
