Digital Platforms Business Analyst

As Digital Platforms Business Analyst you are a frontrunner in the realisation of our digital roadmap. Your responsibility is to improve and centralise our digital landscape of more than 20 digital platforms on the international company level.


  • You follow up on the entire process for projects in the area of websites, apps and e-commerce platforms. Starting from analysis, project management, business testing, go/no-go decision to the actual implementation.
  • You use your expertise and overarching view to inspire and build the best possible digital solutions.
  • You are the SPOC for our business teams and you guide & challenge them on requests.
  • You proactively develop initiatives to take the digital expertise of our business teams to the next level.
  • You organise knowledge transfer sessions with your business stakeholders key users of the platforms.
  • You manage our external partners and guide them throughout projects and deliverables.
  • You are responsible for the improvement and scaling of our overall digital landscape, yet respecting the international differences.

As Digital Platforms Business Analyst you report to our Business Application Manager Sales & Marketing.

Your profile:

  • You are passionate about all digital topics and you keep informed on the latest trends
  • You have 5 years of relevant experience in the field of digital solutions, websites, apps, e-commerce platforms, …
  • Commercial and customer-oriented attitude combined with problem solving skills.
  • You are a team player but you can also works autonomously with respect for deadlines.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
