La Lorraine Bakery group is looking for a Business Analyst Human Resources. You will be part of the functional IT team and you will take the lead in IT projects in the field of Human Resources. As Business Analyst Human Resources you will be responsible for the IT projects within your domain and implement them from A to Z.

Your role:

• You are responsible for the development and professionalization of the La Lorraine template & best practices and you think along with a long term strategic roadmap in the field of Human Resources.
• You take the lead in IT projects within your domain and implement them from A to Z, together with your colleagues in the IT Competence Centre, your business stakeholders and external parties.
• You grow along with the internationalization of La Lorraine and integrate the expansion of new countries in the general La Lorraine template.
• You build up a strong knowledge of the business processes and of the functionality of the tools used.
• You keep yourself informed on evolution and developments in the area of Human Resources and share that knowledge with your colleagues.
• You are the first point of contact for business key users regarding support and various enhancements within your domain.
• Inform and train your community of new developments and optimizations.

As Business Analyst Human Resources you will report to the Business Applications Manager.

Your profile:

• You have a Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• You have experience with various HR Processes, namely on HR Master Data, Time & Attendance, Workforce Planning, etc. Knowledge of SAP Successfactors & Protime are a bonus.
• You are very analytical and a conceptual thinker.
• You are customer-oriented and can communicate fluently and clearly with your stakeholders in English. Any other language is a plus.
• You are result-oriented and a real problem solver.
• Efficient planning skills enable you to never lose sight of deadlines.
• Service-minded, you like to link and think with various stakeholders.
• You love to share knowledge and you can adapt your message according to your audience. Experience in change management is a plus.
