IT Business Analyst Customer Operations

As Business Analyst Customer Operations, you are part of the functional IT team and you take the lead in IT projects in the field of Customer Operations. You are responsible for the IT projects within your domain and implement them from A to Z.

Your role:

  • You are responsible for the development and professionalization of the La Lorraine template & best practices and you think along with a long term strategic roadmap in the field of Customer Operations.
  • You take the lead in IT projects within your domain and implement them from A to Z, together with your colleagues in the IT Competence Centre, your business stakeholders and external parties.
  • You dare to go broad in your domain and think outside of the box of the classic Sales & Distribution. The digital order & complaint process as well as tactical reporting in Power BI for example also fall under your authority. Expanding your horizons to other domains is definitely an asset.
  • You grow along with the internationalization of La Lorraine and integrate the expansion of new countries in the general La Lorraine template.
  • You work closely with your colleague responsible for ‘Support & Improvement’ and always organise a complete knowledge transfer after delivery of a project.
  • You build up a strong knowledge of the business processes and of the functionality of the SAP modules.

You work from one of our La Lorraine offices in Belgium (Ninove or Erpe-Mere), Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey or Romania. You are part of the international IT team and you report to the Competence Centre Lead.

Your profile:

  • You have a Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
  • You have experience in an ERP-environment and have knowledge of SAP SD.
  • You are very analytical and a conceptual thinker.
  • You are customer-oriented and can communicate fluently and clearly with your stakeholders in English. Any other language is a plus.
  • You are result-oriented and a real problem solver.
  • Experience in change management is a plus.
