As Key Account Project Manager, you will support the Key Account Director in managing and executing strategic projects that are related to our crucial partnerships in the on-the-go channels.

These partnerships include Q8 & Lukoil in the petrol channel, SSP in the rail channel & aéroport de Charleroi and Avolta at Brussels airport.

The projects in scope are critical to our Business Unit Strategy House initiatives and play an essential role in driving growth and innovation in the coming years.
  • Assist the Key Account Director in planning, coordinating and implementing key account projects.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and key accounts to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to boost performance in key channels.
  • Support the rollout of new concepts and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and key account partners.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or retail/FMCG environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
