Business Analyst HR

As an HR Business Analyst you play a critical role at the intersection of Human Resources and Technology. You will not only support our HR systems, but also contribute to process improvements, drive new HR projects, and help further build our expertise in SuccessFactors. Combining strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset, you will play an important role in the continued digitalization of HR within an international environment.

  • You will become one of the key points of contact for SAP SuccessFactors within the organization and help build internal expertise.
  • You will perform system configuration within SuccessFactors and support the technical administration of the platform.
  • You will analyze HR processes and translate business needs into efficient system solutions.
  • You will support users, resolve system-related tickets, and ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems.
  • You will participate in projects related to HR master data, core HR data, and the further digitalization of HR processes.
  • You will support the onboarding of new countries, business units, and HR processes into our systems.
  • You will contribute to the implementation and optimization of new tools and solutions, including ATS platforms, talent management processes, reward processes, and other HR initiatives.
  • You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners such as Delaware to successfully deliver improvements and projects.

As a Business Analyst HR you will report to the Business Applications Mgr HR & Commun.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or equivalent through experience.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Data, People Analytics, or a similar role, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS platform such as Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP HCM.
  • You have a solid understanding of HR processes, HR data and reporting, and enjoy translating business needs into efficient system solutions.
  • You are eager to further develop your expertise in HR Technology and system configuration and have experience working on projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • You are a collaborative, customer-focused and respectful professional who communicates effectively with different stakeholders and thrives in a pragmatic, family-oriented environment.
