- You analyse, challenge and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- You facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
- You optimise HR processes through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
- You support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
- You collaborate with IT teams and external partners to deliver scalable business solutions.
- You coordinate HR projects from analysis through implementation and change adoption.
- You create added value by maximizing usage of our current technology stack.
- You contribute to a data-driven HR organisation by improving processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
As a Business Analyst People & Organisation you will report to the Business Applications Mgr HR & Commun.
- You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience, combined with at least 5 years of expertise in business analysis, HR technology or HR transformation.
- You have proven experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
- You have experience analysing and documenting business processes using process modelling methodologies.
- You combine strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You are comfortable working with data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel, to support data-driven decision-making.
