IT Customer Operations Applications Manager

As IT Customer Operations Applications Manager, you are responsible for the Customer Operations application landscape, covering Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution. You combine solution ownership, people leadership and strategic roadmap management to ensure scalable, future-proof solutions that support the international growth ambitions of La Lorraine Bakery Group.

  • You act as the solution owner and architect for the Customer Operations domain, translating business requirements into a scalable global template and continuously improving the maturity of the solution landscape.
  • You define, own and manage the long-term Customer Operations roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders and process specialists.
  • You lead a team of business analysts and manage a diverse project portfolio from ideation and design through implementation and go-live.
  • You identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within customer-facing processes, driving innovation and business value across the organization.
  • You support La Lorraine's international growth by integrating new countries and business requirements into the global template.
  • As the senior SAP SD/LE expert, you guide solution design, coach your team in complex challenges and drive the continuous development of the team's expertise.
  • You collaborate closely with Service Management colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to operational support.

As IT Customer Operations Applications Manager, you are part of the international IT team and report directly to the Competence Centre Lead Finance & Customer Operations.

  • You hold a Master's degree or have acquired an equivalent level through experience.
  • You have extensive experience within SAP SD/LE and a proven track record in leading complex transformation and implementation projects.
  • You combine strong leadership capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to guide teams through change.
  • You have a strong affinity with innovation, AI and digital transformation, and know how to translate technological opportunities into business value.
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented and communicate fluently in English with a wide range of stakeholders. Additional languages are an asset.
