 In this role, you’ll ensure accurate financial records in SAP, support compliance with accounting and controlling standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement. You’ll handle a variety of financial documents, verify transactions, and collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and Finance Director.

  • Understand and follow accounting and controlling methodologies, while proactively identifying any inefficiencies or inaccuracies. Share observations with your manager and suggest improvements to enhance your work.
  • You will take responsibility for recording financial documents and transactions in the accounting system (SAP), in line with internal procedures related to cost centers, profit centers, departments, and other functions. These include:
    • Invoices for goods (e.g., work equipment, auxiliary materials, consumables, spare parts)
    • Invoices for services (e.g., transport, environmental, payroll, cleaning, security, IT, technical services)
    • Cash register operations
    • Card account statements and employee expense reports
    • Other ad hoc documents and tasks assigned by your manager
  • Ensure accuracy in all entries by performing regular checks and validations.
  • Review purchase logs to confirm VAT codes, calculation bases, and VAT amounts are correctly applied.
  • Before each month-end closing, verify that all administrative expenses are fully and accurately recorded, as defined by your manager.
  • Monitor and follow up on employee advances to ensure proper settlement.
  • Support the Accounting Manager and Finance Director with additional tasks as needed.
  • Previous experience in a similar position min.3 years, preferably in a company with production activity;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Particularly good skills in PC use;
  • Knowledge of operation in SAP is an advantage;
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking, increased attention, meticulousness.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills;
  • Can work in close relationship with other functions in the company such as sales, production, logistics, HR, etc.
