The role will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis across cost of good sold, logistics and overhead pillars of P&L to support Plant Controller and Controlling Manager in driving robust cost governance, identifying risks and optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare the annual business plan and monthly forecast updates for Overhead expenses in coordination with key multifunctional stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze monthly Overhead expense actuals, clearly explaining the drivers of variances and recording key risks and opportunities.
  • On time and accurate reporting of Overhead expense actuals on cost center and GL account details, engage with plant and sales budget owners to explain and analyze the results.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and business driven allocation of expenses across various cost centers.
  • Ensure monthly and yearly provision booking and tracking in accordance with the defined accounting principles.
  • Take the initiative to streamline, simplify and digitalize all reporting and analysis around cost pillars.
  • Work in coordination with Accounting teams to have accurate and timely booking of invoices both during the months and in month-end financial closing.
  • Support Plant Controller in cost of goods sold and logistics reporting and analysis.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • 2-5 years work experience in controlling , financial reporting and analysis, management reporting or audit
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience. Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge and experience is strongly preferred. Other ERP systems or financial software knowhow is advantageous.
  • High analytical skills, structured way of thinking and working, ability to interpret financial data
  • Good coordination and communication skills to interact effectively across different functions and layers in the organization
  • Curiosity and openness to challenges
  • Fluent in English - Written and Verbal
  • Power BI knowledge is an asset
