✔ Higher education degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
✔ Experience in Payroll Administration, Personnel Administration, or a similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation
✔ Experience working with external payroll providers
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Good command of English, both written and spoken
