In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visualizations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver strategic dashboards, reports, and real-time visual solutions that support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and strategic dashboards and reports using data visualization tools – Power BI and Grafana.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, insightful, and visually compelling stories that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, especially production teams across business units, to support the Factory of the Future (FotF) and bring Industry 4.0 concepts into practice.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across BI and real-time solutions.
  • Act as a trusted partner for internal customers, understanding their business needs and transforming them into impactful BI (Business Intelligence) and RT (Real-time) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear action points for the Data & Analytics team.
  • Explore data to identify key insights, trends, and patterns, supporting exploratory data analysis through intuitive visualizations.
  • Define and promote best practices in data visualization, ensuring a consistent look and feel across dashboards and reports.

 

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering visual solutions that support and influence business decisions.
  • You are fluent in Czech and English.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications in data visualization or data analytics are an advantage.
  • You bring experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or are motivated to deepen your expertise in this area.
  • You have a solid understanding of statistical methods, and knowledge of predictive modeling is considered a plus.
  • You willing to travel approximately twice a month.
