ā Higher education degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
ā Experience in Payroll Administration, Personnel Administration, or a similar role
ā Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation
ā Experience working with external payroll providers
ā High level of accuracy and attention to detail
ā Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
ā Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
ā Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
ā Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ā Good command of English, both written and spoken
