This is a critical role that will be responsible for providing robust, structured financial and analytical insights to drive long term sustainable revenue growth for LLBG Turkey, through effective leadership and strong business partnership with commercial teams in revenue governance, analysis and strategy setting. The role will focus on driving and designing sustainable revenue maximization via pricing, promotions, mix management and trade spending across different category and channels. 

  • Lead revenue governance, analysis, growth maximizing initiatives design and tracking with strong business partnership to commercial teams.
  • Develop sustainable revenue management and analysis models to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Co-lead topline financial planning and analysis with the controller lead. Deliver accurate and timely category and channel based granular net revenue plan, forecast, target setting and R&O profile.
  • Partner with commercial leaders by providing robust analysis and insights in order to maximize revenue growth, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with controller lead and commercial leads to leverage category and channel P&Ls to create governance mechanisms and initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth across all key pillars: pricing, mix, trade spending.
  • Design tracking databases and processes to govern and report key revenue management pillars: category and channel based pricing strategies, mix management and trade spending.
  • Ensure that commercial initiatives comply with a pre-defined criteria to drive sustainable profitable growth.
  • Govern customer and distributor contracts processes and ensure joint business value creation integration into the process
  • Analyze financial data and market trends related to revenue management to provide insights and recommendations to Finance Director, commercial leaders and other senior management.
  • Serve as the strategic business partner to commercial stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment with the organization's mission.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a commercial function (sales finance, commercial finance, revenue management) and FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and commercial data and provide clear, concise financial guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
