As Digital Change Project Manager you make sure that digital initiatives in our Frozen Bakery plants actually land on the shopfloor and deliver measurable value: less waste, better quality and higher operational efficiency.

You are the link between our production sites and the IT & Data team. You work as a functional business analyst: you sit with the sites to understand the real problem, translate it into functional requirements, and take end-to-end ownership of the delivery until the solution is in the hands of the business and is being used.

  • You engage with the local sites to understand their business needs and challenge them until the underlying problem and its value are clear. You act as business domain expert for the manufacturing processes in scope: you know how the lines run and where the losses sit.
  • Together with Operational Excellence you prioritise the requirements, so that the digital roadmap and the improvement agenda point in the same direction.
  • You translate business needs into functional requirements and work with the IT & Data team to shape the technical solution. You own the what and the why, IT & Data own the how, and you keep the two connected.
  • You take end-to-end ownership of your projects: functional scope, planning, stakeholders, risks and budget follow-up, through validation and business sign-off up to formal handover to and acceptance by the business requester.
  • You coordinate the required improvements across the value chain: process, master data, ways of working and roles, not only the technology. You design for scale, so that what is built for one site can be rolled out to the others.
  • You define the baseline before the start and track the delivered benefit after go-live, in waste, quality and efficiency. Lessons learned feed back into the roadmap, and initiatives that do not deliver are reworked or stopped.
  • You are a visible digital ambassador across the sites: you train, coach and lead by example, build a key user network so plants become self-sufficient, provide escalated support to the local key users, and spend meaningful time on the shopfloor, because adoption is won at the line and not in the meeting room.
  • You manage the stakeholders of your initiatives across Operations, IT, Data, Quality, Planning and site leadership, and you own the project governance: structured communication without surprises for the sites, reporting on progress, budget and realised benefit, and a live risk and issue register with timely escalation.
  • You are part of the Operations Digital Strategy team, representing the business side of Frozen Bakery (approx. 1 BEUR revenue and strongly growing), and you report to the Manufacturing Applications Manager.

  •
  • You have a Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG, with real shopfloor exposure.
  • You have a proven track record of owning projects end to end in a multi-site or international context, with the governance discipline that goes with it: planning, status reporting, risk and issue management. You are strong in business analysis: you move from a vague business complaint to a clear, testable functional requirement.
  • You are comfortable in the language of both worlds: production and operational KPIs on one side, systems, data and integration on the other. You are familiar with manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP production modules and with reporting platforms. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is a strong asset.
  • You get things done without hierarchical authority: you connect easily with operators and plant managers alike, you build capability in others, and you keep going when change in a running plant gets slow and contested.
  • You are fluent in English and in the local language of your base country, and you are willing to travel 15-20% across our European sites.

  • You join an international family business with a strong long-term vision, where more than 5,000 enthusiastic colleagues go for it together, driven by 5 strong values.
  • We invest in a happy working environment through various sports and team events.
  • Every day you can literally taste our passion, through our fresh and innovative top products.
  • You help build a better world; sustainability is high on the agenda within our company.
  • You get the chance to grow and develop in a very dynamic environment. Our LLBG Academy supports you in becoming the best version of yourself.
  • An attractive financial package, complemented by 1 day of home working, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, a company car and 10 extra holidays on top of the statutory leave.
  • You get the space to roll up your sleeves, take initiative and make a difference.
