At LLBG, our core business processes depend on seamless integrations between SAP, cloud applications, data platforms, customers and suppliers. As an Integration Engineer, you play a key role in designing, building and supporting the integrations and automations that connect these systems.

Working primarily with Workato, you help ensure our critical business processes run efficiently, reliably and securely. You combine technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset and contribute to scalable, future-proof solutions that support our continued growth and digital transformation.

  • You design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise integrations and process automations on the Workato platform.
  • You translate business requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions while adhering to LLBG’s architecture and integration standards.
  • You integrate SAP applications with many other business-critical systems such as Microsoft 365, cloud applications, data platforms and external B2B interfaces
  • You monitor integration flows, handle incidents, perform root cause analyses and continuously improve solutions to ensure stable business operations.
  • You develop and maintain reusable components, technical documentation, test scenarios and operational procedures that support long-term maintainability.
  • You collaborate closely with architects, developers, business analysts and external partners to deliver scalable, sustainable and supportable solutions.
  • You contribute to the further development of intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring they are secure, reliable and deliver measurable business value.
  • You help drive continuous improvement of the integration platform by promoting best practices, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to reusable standards and governance.

As Integration Engineer you will report to the Integration Architect.

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Engineering or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience.
  • You have an affinity with, and basic understanding of integration concepts through study, internship, personal projects, or professional experience. Prior exposure to an iPaaS platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services) is a strong plus but not required.
  • You have some familiarity with at least a few of the following, and are eager to deepen your knowledge on the job:
    • Integration principles and patterns (sync/async communication, event-driven architecture)
    • API technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
    • Security concepts (authentication, authorization, API security)
    • Data formats and transformation (JSON, XML, CSV, data mapping)
    • Monitoring, logging, and error handling in system integrations
  • You can communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
  • You enjoy working with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.
