IT Manufacturing Applications Specialist

• Lead the rollout and daily operation of the Manufacturing Data Platform across multiple production lines and sites, ensuring stability and performance.
• Translate operational needs into digital solutions, acting as a key link between production, engineering, and IT teams.
• Manage and optimize data flows between machines, MES, ERP systems, and the Manufacturing Data Platform using industrial protocols like MQTT, OPC-UA, and AMQP.
• Design, document, and expand the Manufacturing Applications system landscape, promoting best practices for data collection, storage (InfluxDB), and visualization (Grafana).
• Support digital transformation projects within Manufacturing & Quality, providing training, documentation, and user support for smooth adoption.
• Contribute to standardizing IT/OT architecture and develop scalable solutions to accommodate new data sources and users.

Your primary workplace will be one of our offices in Belgium (Ninove, Haaltert, or Erpe-Mere), with occasional travel (15%) to international sites. You will be part of the corporate IT team and report to the Business Applications Manager Manufacturing.
