- You will be involved in project-based assignments that support your professional development and contribute to business results:
- Product Expertise: Contribute to product development and optimization projects across different product categories.
- Technical Competencies: Participate in industrial production processes, product trials, and process improvement activities.
- Project Management: Support projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Professional Development: Develop communication, analytical thinking, and international collaboration skills.
- At defined stages, you will present project outcomes, share the results achieved, and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in the food industry
- Preferably experience in bakery, FMCG, or a similar food sector
- Ability to use English effectively, both written and spoken
- Passion for food and innovation
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel when required
