At LLBG, our core business processes depend on seamless integrations between SAP, cloud applications, data platforms, customers and suppliers. As an Integration Engineer, you play a key role in designing, building and supporting the integrations and automations that connect these systems.

Working primarily with Workato, you help ensure our critical business processes run efficiently, reliably and securely. You combine technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset and contribute to scalable, future-proof solutions that support our continued growth and digital transformation.

  • You design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise integrations and process automations on the Workato platform.
  • You translate business requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions while adhering to LLBG’s architecture and integration standards.
  • You integrate SAP applications with many other business-critical systems such as Microsoft 365, cloud applications, data platforms and external B2B interfaces
  • You monitor integration flows, handle incidents, perform root cause analyses and continuously improve solutions to ensure stable business operations.
  • You develop and maintain reusable components, technical documentation, test scenarios and operational procedures that support long-term maintainability.
  • You collaborate closely with architects, developers, business analysts and external partners to deliver scalable, sustainable and supportable solutions.
  • You contribute to the further development of intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring they are secure, reliable and deliver measurable business value.
  • You help drive continuous improvement of the integration platform by promoting best practices, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to reusable standards and governance.

As Integration Engineer you will report to the Integration Architect.

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Engineering or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience.
  • You have an affinity with, and basic understanding of integration concepts through study, internship, personal projects, or professional experience. Prior exposure to an iPaaS platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services) is a strong plus but not required.
  • You have some familiarity with at least a few of the following, and are eager to deepen your knowledge on the job:
    • Integration principles and patterns (sync/async communication, event-driven architecture)
    • API technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
    • Security concepts (authentication, authorization, API security)
    • Data formats and transformation (JSON, XML, CSV, data mapping)
    • Monitoring, logging, and error handling in system integrations
  • You can communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
  • You enjoy working with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.
  • You will join an international family-owned company with a strong long-term vision, where more than 5,700 passionate colleagues work together, driven by five core values.
  • You will become part of a growing Data & Analytics organization that is building a modern data platform, with plenty of opportunities for training, certification, and collaboration with strong business domains.
  • We invest in a positive and engaging work environment through a variety of sports activities and team events.
  • Every day, you can literally experience our passion through our fresh and innovative, high-quality products.
  • You will work on data products that have a tangible impact on the performance of our international manufacturing and supply chain operations—from planning and inventory management to service, quality, and logistics.
  • You will help build a better world, with sustainability being a key priority throughout our company.
  • You will have every opportunity to grow and develop in a highly dynamic environment. Our LLBG Academy supports you in becoming the best version of yourself.
  • We offer an attractive compensation package, including one day of remote work per week, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, a company car, and 10 additional vacation days on top of the statutory leave entitlement.
  • You will have the autonomy to take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and make a real difference.
