Our technical staff are all veritable all-rounders: genuine “techies” working in a high-tech environment. This is also a dire necessity, because at La Lorraine Bakery Group we invest in technological innovation. Examples include our newly built towering high-rises in Belgium (Erpe-Mere) and Poland (Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki) and our new production lines in Belgium (Ostend) and Romania (Câmpia Turzii), which were recently taken into commission. We regularly build brand-new production sites, too, like in Turkey (Manisa). Our technical service department comprises the backbone of these sites and, thanks to our staff’s generalist knowledge, the department ensures that malfunctions are resolved instantly so that our bread and pastries can continue to roll off our production lines.
