Product innovation is an essential part of the La Lorraine Bakery Group’s strategy. During the process technology traineeship you will work on projects that are strategically important to the La Lorraine Bakery Group. As a recently graduated bioengineer, you can zoom in on different production processes and suggest improvements. This job requires close collaboration with the production team, NPD, quality control, technical departments and sales & marketing. During the trainee programme you will work in Belgium as well as in the Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey and Romania.
