Meeting basic quality standards isn’t enough for LLBG. We want to rise above the pack. We use the knowledge we acquire through observing how someone holds a piece of cake or bites into a baguette to improve our products.
Product specifications are gaining increasing importance within our sector. That is why we have chosen to be fully transparent on our labels. We encourage a healthy diet which includes the essential dietary fibre in our products and promote a sustainable lifestyle by using sustainable palm oil and fair trade chocolate.
