Safety is the La Lorraine Bakery Group’s highest priority. Within Safety, everything is focused on the prevention of occupational accidents through adherence to LLBG’s top 10 safety rules, with the help of the dedicated safety system and through the continuous raising of awareness. Safety is a matter dealt with on both a departmental and group level. The group safety manager reports directly to the CEO and has a functional reporting line to the safety managers on site who develop and implement systematic improvement programmes.
