HR deals with our organisation’s human capital. Supporting the business by recruiting the right man or woman for the job. Creating learning and development initiatives that ensure the continuous acquisition of the knowledge and competences that are essential for the continued growth and development of our organisation. Paying our employees market-level salaries, on time and correctly is one of the keystones of our HR policy. Our HR organisation is evolving into a business partner structure and contributes to the growth of our organisation through robust knowledge and collaborating with the various business units.
Communication is responsible for both internal and external communication initiatives and our employee events and family days. We use different methods of communication internationally to publicize our employees’ passion internally and externally, for example, via our LLBG employee magazine, our corporate website, employer branding activities, social media channels and so on.
Safety is the La Lorraine Bakery Group’s highest priority. Within Safety, everything is focused on the prevention of occupational accidents through adherence to LLBG’s top 10 safety rules, with the help of the dedicated safety system and through the continuous raising of awareness. Safety is a matter dealt with on both a departmental and group level. The group safety manager reports directly to the CEO and has a functional reporting line to the safety managers on site who develop and implement systematic improvement programmes.
In Purchasing everything revolves around purchasing the best ingredients at a good price.
