Supply Chain Project & Reporting Specialist (SAP)

You will coordinate with cross functional work teams to implement supply chain projects to improve processes, technology, and analytics maturity level.

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to S4HANA projects as a key user in training
  • Assist in implementation / roll out of projects and drive continuous improvement across the organization managing and reporting the progress properly (Track Lead)
  • Reporting Update & Preparation of Regular Reports (Service Level, Monthly Deviation, Forecast Accuracy, Weekly Supply chain Dashboard, interdepartmental Reports)
  • Partner with Local supply chain teams to identify new opportunities for projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate assigned Supply Chain planning and logistics activities
  • Independently do ad hoc analysis to solve day to day operational issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate function/domain leads
  • Document and map existing processes

 

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor and/or master’s degree in engineering, logistics or any related field
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain
  • You are very good at English - you will work in an international team
  • You have strong knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SAP or similar, knowledge of a reporting tool such as PowerBI is an asset.
  • You have strong collaboration, communication skills whilst guaranteeing high customer needs satisfaction
  • You have basic knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, warehouse management, transport management and experience with a major ERP suite (preferably SAP)
  • You will collaborate with a lot of internal and external stakeholders, so we expect you to be a team player
  • You are action and result oriented with a constant focus on service to the customer
